Harrisaajo area is part of Kittilä municipality in its northern part in small village of Raattama near the Pallastunturi fjell. Area is surrounded by pure nature and offers you peaceful leisure time in maintained plan area.

The area has building lots from 2500 m² to 10 000 m², each lot's permitted building volume ranges from 150 m² to 500 m². Each lot is designed to have its unique view to the fjells and each of them is surrounded by green areas to ensure peaceful environment for each resident.

Building in a plan area is effortless

Harrisaajo's area plan guarantees that areas land use is carefully planned. Area plan is made keeping its future residents in mind and ensuring each lot its own privacy. Area plan permits constructing log build vacation houses in the area. Some of the unbuild lots have already constructed roads and cleared building sites. Harrisaajo area has one electric transmission line from which connection lines are lead to the edge of each lot. Area has no centered wastewater management, but each lot has to build its own waste water solution.
